Ireland – Landscape gardening services – RFT 205971 Multi Party Framework Agreement for Landscape Maintenance Services in 7 Lots

Dublin City Council wishes to establish a framework for the landscape maintenance required throughout the boundaries of Dublin City. The landscape maintenance contracts will be issued in 7 lots for a period of 4 years. This a performance based contract and only contractors who possess the relevant capacity to complete both the operational works and the administrational reporting required should apply. Services include Maintenance of mapped areas of grass, sports surfaces, hard surfaces, plants, shrubs and tree planted areas. Involves shrub / plant maintenance, grass edge maintenance, weed maintenance, weekly grass cutting, and weekly litter picking.
