Ireland – Construction work for school buildings – St Catherine's Special School, Kilcoole, Co Wicklow - Mechanical Reserved Specialist

The project provides for the construction works of a split-level two-storey special school building containing 25 classrooms, a hydrotherapy pool, associated clinician and educational support rooms and ancillary spaces with total floor area of c. 6200 sqm. Mechanical Reserved Specialist shall be responsible for the complete mechanical services installations associate with the project including for appointing sub-specialists for the following installations – Sanitaryware, Soils + Wastes Installations, Plumbing Installations, Gas Installations, Space Heating Installations, Ventilation and AC Installations, BEMS Controls, Rain Water Harvesting and Supply + Installation of Fire Fighting Equipment.
