Ireland – Stakeholders representation services – PQQ Stakeholder Engagement Services Support

This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann for the procurement of Stakeholder Engagement Services, initially for the Limerick to Foynes Freight Line reopening project IÉ has a requirement for a Stakeholder Engagement Officer (SEO) familiar with liaising with government departments, local authorities and state agencies, residents, landowners, contractors, utilities, knowledgeable of engineering projects including projects relating to installation/maintenance of railway infrastructure.. Whilst the initial service required is Stakeholder Engagement services to support the Limerick to Foynes Freight Line Reopening, further Stakeholder Engagement services may be required to support other project/programmes such as: • Car Park Programme • Accessibility Programme • New stations • Other Capital Investments projects as required.
