Ireland – Storage and warehousing services – Award of contract for Provision of Specialist Fine Art Storage Service – Hugh Lane Gallery Art Collections

Dublin City Council and the Hugh Lane Gallery published a VEAT notice on the old etenders platform for award of this contract - RFT205173 in 2023. Dublin City Council relied on Article 32.2 (b) (ii) for a derogation from tendering for the provision of Specialist storage facility for fine art, for artworks from the Collections of the Hugh Lane Gallery, in Dublin, Ireland. This facility is required to provide highly specialised environmental controls (24/7 temperature and humidity control, monitoring and reporting) and high security specifications, with minimum 300m² in terms of floor space. This contract was awarded to Irish Art Services Limited.
