Ireland – IP telephone services – Request for Tenders for the Provision of Ribbon Licenses and Ribbon Upgrade and Support Services

The Contracting Authority requests Tenders for the provision of licences, technical services and support for the following: • to migrate from EMS to the new virtualised Ribbon Application Management Platform (RAMP); • to virtualise and upgrade its PSX Policy Servers to the latest stable version; • to upgrading its Session Border Controllers to the latest stable version; • to provide 5 years support for the above and • to align its current SBC SWE support due to expire on 31/3/25 with the above (see table 3)
