Ireland – Real estate services – Asset Valuation Surveying Services

Waterways Ireland require the services of Professional Valuers to provide valuations of Waterways Ireland Assets including Reinstatement/Rebuild Valuations. Waterways Ireland will also require the services of a Quantity Surveyor to provide services for Operational Assets. The tender has been broken down into 3 lots. Lot 1 Rebuild/Reinstatement. Corporate Services require valuations for insurance purposes on the cost of rebuild/reinstatement. Lot 2 Waterways Irelands Properties. Finance together with Property and Legal require valuations on Waterways Ireland assets. Lot 3 New Operational Assets. Waterways Ireland require the preparation of the bills of quantity derived from actual construction costs/based on measurements to be taken of completed structures.
