Ireland – Construction work – Monaghan County Council wishes to tender for Housing Term Maintenance Contract and Contractor Framework 2025 to 2027

The Housing Term Maintenance Contract and Contractor Framework 2025 to 2027 is to procure contractors to undertake works to Monaghan County Councils 1900+ Housing Stock in each of the three municipal districts or lot. Primary contractor and secondary contractor will be appointed to each of the three Municipal District’s for all maintenance, refurbishment and minor construction works that council craftworkers do not have capacity to carry out. It is intended to operate this framework for two years initially from the date of appointment. The Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Contract works include the following: • Construction Services including roles of PSCS and PSDP • Planned Maintenance • Response Maintenance • Works Prior to Letting and Reletting • Energy Efficiency Works • Housing Adaptations for People with Disabilities / Older People • Mini Competitions • Other works as required by Monaghan County Council, such as, work on public or private property, for other Public Service Bodies or other entities engaging with Monaghan County Council.
